HIPAA BAA requires Enterprise tier with 100+ seats
BAA signing is available on Enterprise tier only, and Krisp's own pricing pages now explicitly state this requires 100+ seats. Healthcare organizations and nonprofits serving vulnerable populations should budget for this minimum before committing.
Storage limits doubled in June 2026
Included storage doubled across paid plans: Core now includes 10GB (up from 5GB) and Advanced now includes 60GB (up from 30GB). Extra storage add-ons of up to 2TB (Core/Advanced) or 5TB (Enterprise) are also available.
Expanding AI feature set
Recent additions include Global AI Chat (ask questions across all your meetings), ChatGPT integration, team-level webhooks and HubSpot integration, and improved echo cancellation and speaker assignment (all June 2026). Voice Translation v3 and Speech Analytics/Voice Security also launched for Enterprise/Call Center customers in June 2026.
No nonprofit discount
Unlike Otter.ai and some competitors, Krisp has no TechSoup or formal nonprofit discount as of July 2026. Not listed on Goodstack. Volume pricing may be available for large teams -- contact sales.

For organizations with fewer than 5 staff
Core at $8/mo (annual) is the sweet spot, with recently doubled storage (10GB) and new features like Global AI Chat. The free plan's 2 notes/day and 7-day limit makes it testing-only after the initial 7-day trial. Industry-leading noise cancellation and mobile app are strong advantages for remote or field-based staff.
For health data or vulnerable populations
Enterprise tier is required for HIPAA BAA, and Krisp's pricing pages now explicitly state a 100+ seat minimum applies -- this will exclude most small and mid-sized nonprofits from signing a BAA. On-device transcription on Enterprise provides maximum privacy where available. Bot-free operation protects interviewee privacy. Advanced and Core tiers do NOT offer BAA. Organizations below the 100-seat threshold handling PHI or working with vulnerable populations should contact Krisp sales directly to confirm current eligibility, or consider alternative tools with lower BAA seat minimums.
