BAA signing moved to Enterprise tier only (custom pricing, minimum seats required). Previously available on the Business/Advanced tier. Healthcare organizations should verify seat minimums before budgeting.

Core tier at $8/mo (annual) is excellent value for unlimited transcription with best-in-class privacy. Advanced ($15/mo) adds Salesforce integration and advanced admin controls. Note: HIPAA BAA now requires Enterprise (custom pricing) — budget accordingly if in regulated industries. No nonprofit discount available.

For organizations with fewer than 5 staff

Core at $8/mo (annual) is the sweet spot. The free plan's 2 notes/day and 7-day limit makes it testing-only after the initial 7-day trial. Industry-leading noise cancellation and new mobile app are strong advantages for remote or field-based staff.

For health data or vulnerable populations

Enterprise tier now required for HIPAA BAA (minimum seats apply, custom pricing). On-device transcription on Enterprise provides maximum privacy. Bot-free operation protects interviewee privacy. Advanced and Core tiers do NOT offer BAA — this is a significant change from prior year when Business tier included BAA.
