Wix launched native HIPAA compliance tools in January 2026. Business Elite and Enterprise subscribers can activate PHI Protection and sign a BAA directly in their dashboard. Lower tiers (Free through Business) remain non-compliant. Only native Wix apps are covered under the BAA — third-party App Market apps require separate vetting.
